- We will stay in communication with you throughout the duration of your project. We believe in “no surprises” and will not frustrate you by providing insufficient information. We will confirm your purchase and notify you when your bathroom materials have arrived and been double-checked by our production team. We will contact you to schedule the installation of your new bathroom and will follow up to ensure that everything is in working order. Proactive communication is OUR responsibility, not yours.

We take this feedback seriously and are grateful to our customers for taking the time to provide it. This allows us to constantly improve the service we offer.
Your Time is Important to Us
- Nothing is more annoying than waiting for a company to arrive. We will arrive on time for your design consultation. We understand how valuable your time is, so if we are late, we will credit you $100 off your quote. There are no exceptions or excuses.
- We will arrive promptly to install your new bathroom. If we are late for any reason, we will credit you with $100 off your purchase.
- We will respond to any service issues as soon as possible. Please contact us if you have any service issues or questions/concerns! Our staff is always willing to assist, and if you require a service appointment for any reason, we will work with you to find a convenient date and time. We will NOT “leave it to chance.” Many other companies do not prioritize service requests and will tell you things like “we’ll try to send someone out on Wednesday afternoon if they finish their job that morning.” We all know how that goes. Nobody shows up to solve YOUR problem, and you waste hours of your valuable time waiting for them.
We Treat Your Home Like it’s Our Own
- We will make certain that your home remains clean and safe. One of the main reasons home remodeling has a bad reputation is that companies that view your home as a “job site” frequently leave it in worse condition than before the remodel. We understand that your home is your pride and joy, as well as your most valuable asset. We will treat it as such. We will go above and beyond to ensure that it is clean and protected before we begin installing your new bathroom, and we will clean up afterward.
- We are fully licensed and insured, including liability and worker’s compensation. Nobody expects things to go wrong, and most of the time they don’t, which is why insurance exists. If something goes wrong, you don’t want to find out later that you were working with a company that wasn’t properly insured. Some other businesses claim to be fully insured but are not. We are, and we will provide you with proof of our insurance documentation to put your mind at ease.
- Another reason the home improvement industry has a bad reputation is that once you’ve paid for a project, some companies view it as a ‘cost,’ with the goal suddenly becoming to finish as quickly as possible while cutting corners. That is not something we will do. We believe in doing things correctly, so we will go over the end-of-project review form with you BEFORE we begin installing your new bathroom. Please let us know if you cannot rate us as “Outstanding” on any criteria at the end of the installation, and we will make it right. We do not accept “good enough.”
Your Bath Remodel is Covered By Our Warranty
- We promise to provide you with the best products possible. If there is EVER a problem with our acrylic remodeling products, you can rest assured that they are covered by our warranty for as long as you own your home.
- If you sell your home within two years of the installation of your new bathroom, we will transfer your warranty to a new owner. This is a definite value that you can include in the sale of your home.
